VACCINATIONS AND DE-WORMINGS UP TO DATE
Seller guarantees the puppy/dog to be in good health at the time of sale.
Buyer agrees to have puppy/dog examined by their veterinarian within 72 hours of purchase
or arrival with proof available to Seller upon request. Should the puppy/dog be determined
to be in ill health within this amount of time, the cause which is clearly attributable to the
Seller, the puppy/dog may be returned, with a written diagnosis from a licensed
veterinarian, for the refund of the purchase price, or for another puppy/dog of equal value.
The choice of which to be determined by Seller.
Should a congenital or genetic problem be diagnosed on initial Veterinarian visit or anytime
up to 1 year after purchase date, Seller must be contacted within one week of diagnosis. In
the event of such problem, Buyer will be asked to have all Veterinary records and diagnostic
testing for Seller's Vet to review. If Seller's Vet agrees with diagnosis, Seller will replace
said puppy/dog, however, Seller will not be responsible for any Vet bills incurred. The
puppy/dog must be kept up on all vaccinations, health checks, and heartworm preventative
by a Veterinarian and Buyer must be able to provide Seller with proof of such if asked, in
order for guarantee to remain in effect.
If the puppy/dog is unsatisfactory and is to be returned to the Seller, it must be done
within 1 week from date of purchase/delivery to Buyer. The puppy/dog is to be returned at
Buyer's expense and must be in same physical condition as when it left Seller in order for
refund of purchase price, which does not include shipping costs. One third of the purchase
price is forfeited if the puppy/dog is returned for any other reason than failure to pass Vet
examination.
Any puppy/dog purchased intact from Cajun Pride Kennel should not be bred until at least 2
years of age. If dog is bred before this time, all guarantees are void and no refunds will be
given if problems do arise at an older age.
The buyer agrees to keep the dog safely confined and under control at all times. It is not to
be permitted to run at large unattended in such fashion that it could be a danger to itself or
other pets, livestock or people in the community. The seller shall not be responsible for
expenses or inconveniences which might be incurred with respect to the puppy/dog. Nor
shall the seller be liable for loss of animal caused by inproper care.
Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE. New owners agree to keep the prefix "Cajun" in the
puppy's/dog's permanent AKC/UKC registered name, indefinitely. Both parties agree that
this puppy/dog, nor his Sire or Dam have been bred for fightng or any other illegal activity.
If I see that this puppy/dog has been mistreated or fought, I reserve the right to reposses
the animal without refund of purchase price.
